Can you scan a specific local business, not just a category?+

Yes. Give us the business type and trade area (or the listing URL). The scan pulls local search demand, nearby competitors, their reviews and traffic, and category trends for that specific market.

Do you need the seller’s financials?+

No — and that's the point. This is the market half of due diligence: independent, public-signal data the seller can't curate. Pair it with your financial/QoE review.

Is this a replacement for a QoE or legal due diligence?+

No. QoE verifies the books; lawyers verify the contract. IdeaCrystal verifies the market. Most failed acquisitions pass the first two and fail the third.
